Come and enjoy the cool, coastal vibe at Sun Studio – only a minute’s walk to Quinns Beach along a hidden pathway.

The studio is a brand new self contained apartment with a north facing private courtyard.  Separated from the main house, it has its own street frontage and parking area.

The space is filled with natural light thanks to extra high ceilings and large windows. The modern décor provides a relaxing and cosy feel.

Facilities comprise a fully functioning kitchen equipped with everything you need for a longer term stay including a washing machine.  Separate bathroom and toilet facilities incorporate an oversize shower and double vanity.

We offer free WIFI,  Netflix, reverse cycle air-conditioner and a 40 inch flat screen TV.  Chill out on the comfortable sofa and go to sleep in the Queen size bed to the sound of waves breaking.

Dine inside or outside depending on your preference.  The courtyard is both private and spacious. It is well protected from the prevailing wind and a shade sail provides relief from the sun.  Hang out amongst the potted plants, and cool down under the outdoor shower on your return from the beach.

Sun Studio is perfectly suited to a couple relocating or visiting from overseas.
