The Kitchen

Cook up a storm in the Sun Studio kitchen which is fully equipped with modern appliances including refrigerator/freezer, electric oven, gas cooktop, rangehood, microwave oven, kettle and toaster .  All cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils are provided along with cleaning products.

Help yourself to the fresh herbs and seasonal vegetables growing in the surrounding gardens.  A local general store is located a few hundred metres away along the coastal path or for a larger shop have your groceries delivered by ordering them online using the free WiFi facilities provided.

The Bedroom

 

Go to sleep to the sound of waves breaking on the nearby shoreline.

Sun Studio has an ultra comfortable Queen size bed complete with multiple sets of linen for longer term stays.   You’ll love the original artwork and antique wardrobe.

 The Living Room

Chill out on the modern, comfortable sofa  or stretch out and watch a Netflix show on the  40″ flat screen TV that rotates 270 degrees for viewing from the bedroom, living room, kitchen or even outside in the courtyard.     Free WiFi is provided throughout.

A dining setting for four is provided inside or you may prefer to dine outside on those warm, balmy nights using the outdoor setting for four.

 Bathroom and Laundry

Luxuriate in the large, separate bathroom incorporating an oversize shower and double vanity.  Alternatively, rinse off the beach sand and salt using the outdoor shower in your private courtyard.  All towels are provided for your convenience along with some basic toiletry essentials.  The toilet is separate from the bathroom for additional privacy.  Laundry facilities comprise a new washing machine, located in the kitchen along with a clothes line and pegs in the courtyard.

Outdoors

Sun Studio is separated from the main house and has its own street frontage with parking for 2-3 cars. The courtyard is both private and spacious.  Being north facing it captures the sun at all times of the year but particularly in the winter months when it is most appreciated.   It is well protected from the prevailing wind and a shade sail provides relief from the sun in the Summer months.  Chill out among the potted plants, and cool down under the outdoor shower on your return from the beach.

Sun Studio has direct access to the beach via  a secluded pathway.  Along this path the ocean is only 100 metres from your doorstep.

Folding sun lounges and beach towels are provided.  Stretch out in the private courtyard or take them to the beach for the day.
